Marillac St. Vincent Family Services is a 100-year-old social service agency committed to serving those most in need in Chicago. They have three main programs at their North and West side centers; Child Development, Youth Services, and Community Outreach Services.  Between their accredited Child Development program and their Youth Services program, they provide education and support for nearly 1,000 children from 3 months to 12 years of age. Community Outreach Services is focused on supporting the City’s vulnerable population through providing emergency aid, food, clothing, access to shower facilities, education and job training.  They also help hundreds of low-income seniors remain independent in their homes by assisting them with transportation, shopping, paying bill and friendly companionship.

Inspired by the vision of St. Vincent de Paul, St. Joseph Services educates youth and adults, developing values and talents through collaborations to strengthen communities. St. Joseph Services educates youth and adults at community centers located in some of Chicago’s most stressed and under-served neighborhoods. They creatively leverage an extensive volunteer force and neighborhood collaborations to provide out-of-school programs, tutoring, sports, computer and literacy classes, and job readiness training at low or no cost. St. Joseph Services believes that regardless of their situation, families and individuals can become pillars of strength in their local community, active members of a faith community, and role models for the next generation.
